Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on AI ethics or bias mitigation
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of ML model auditing techniques
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
