Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Experience with cross-functional ethics implementation in tech
- Published work or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing workflows
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, CSEP) preferred
