Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using quantum-assisted analysis
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape AI governance policies for 2026 deployment
- Create real-time ethics monitoring dashboards for deployed AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering and product teams
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI deployment protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale neural networks
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Published research on ethical implications of quantum-AI integration
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM
- Fluency in Python for ethics auditing tool development
