Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias and fairness
- Design transparent governance protocols for generative AI systems
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for AI impact assessments
- Research emerging ethical challenges in autonomous systems and quantum AI
- Train 200+ engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Represent company in global AI ethics coalitions and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years developing governance frameworks for ML/AI systems
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Proven experience auditing generative AI models for bias and transparency
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical domains
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or equivalent
- Experience scaling ethical AI programs in enterprise environments
