Responsibilities

- Establish audit protocols for algorithmic fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through industry partnerships and thought leadership
- Monitor global regulatory developments and adapt compliance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI deployments
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and evolving global regulations
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research or industry contributions on AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Experience with cross-cultural ethics implementation in multinational tech environments
