Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems with global impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify bias mitigation strategies in machine learning pipelines
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous systems using emerging regulatory standards
- Develop transparency protocols for explainable AI in regulated industries
- Partner with policy teams to shape industry ethics standards and compliance frameworks
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for public and stakeholder audiences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with bias auditing tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Strong background in cross-stakeholder communication and influence
- Familiarity with quantum computing or neuro-symbolic AI concepts preferred
