Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and recommend mitigation strategies
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish consensus on AI deployment policies
- Monitor global regulatory developments and adapt organizational strategies proactively
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in autonomous systems
- Mentor junior ethics specialists and foster a culture of responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and evolving US regulations
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and fairness assessments
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and policy development
- Published research or industry recognition in AI ethics preferred
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical specifications
