Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with Fortune 500 partners
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in AI development cycles
- Represent Nexus Global at global AI ethics summits and regulatory hearings
- Mentor junior data scientists on ethical AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness in ML systems
- Experience presenting complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics journals or conference proceedings
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., Stanford, MIT)
- Fluency in Python and experience with AI model interpretability tools
