Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computational Social Sciences
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible AI development
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF standards
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Experience with federated learning ethics frameworks
- Certification in Quantum Computing Ethics (QCE)
