Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible technology governance
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on algorithmic fairness
- Proficiency in bias assessment tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with cross-functional ethical review boards
