Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and evolving global AI regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks and global stakeholder management
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy (preferred)
- Certification in AI Ethics from recognized institutions (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
