Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or policy development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical impact assessment methodologies
