Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, policymakers, and industry coalitions on AI governance
- Establish transparent audit protocols for algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, industry forums, and public policy contributions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating ethical implications of complex AI systems
- Experience cross-functional leadership in tech, legal, and policy domains
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI preferred
