Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI applications (autonomous systems, generative AI)
- Develop ethical guidelines for data privacy and algorithmic transparency
- Lead stakeholder engagement including policymakers, NGOs, and industry consortiums
- Establish audit protocols for bias mitigation and fairness in AI decision-making
- Create predictive models for ethical risks in next-gen AI deployments
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Expertise in global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proficiency in algorithmic bias detection and fairness metrics
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in high-impact tech initiatives
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics (required)
- Strong background in predictive risk modeling for emerging technologies
