Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with industry 4.0 and metaverse expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI applications for healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI)
- Architect ethical AI frameworks ensuring compliance with EU AI Act and evolving global regulations
- Partner with C-suite to transform AI strategy into $50M+ revenue streams
- Present at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, AI World Congress)
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for R&D partnerships with academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 10+ years in tech strategy at FAANG or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or future tech applications
- Proven track record scaling AI products to 10M+ users or $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in MLOps, federated learning, and explainable AI frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for AI innovation projects
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, IoT, and edge computing convergence
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
