Responsibilities
- Architect AI ethics and governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams developing quantum-resistant algorithms
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, AGI precursors)
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions on 10-year AI safety initiatives
- Drive adoption of human-centric AI design principles
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/Computer Science with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or quantum computing journals
- Proven track record of commercializing future-facing tech
- Expertise in AI alignment and existential risk mitigation
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards
- Experience testifying before technology policy committees
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions accuracy
