Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on AGI safety and human-AI symbiosis
- Lead quantum-ML hybrid model development for predictive climate analytics
- Design neuro-symbolic systems for medical diagnosis automation
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 standards
- Collaborate with NASA on autonomous space mission AI protocols
- Mentor PhD researchers in transfer learning and causality modeling
- Pioneer novel neural architectures for low-resource edge computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 24027 AI risk management standards
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to billion-parameter systems
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Strong background in explainable AI (XAI) and bias mitigation techniques
