Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year AI/ML roadmaps aligning with global technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications (AGI precursors, quantum-ML hybrids)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with venture capital to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Author thought leadership papers on AI's societal impact and workforce transformation
- Design human-centered AI interfaces for cognitive augmentation and emotional intelligence
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in applied AI research
- Published work in Nature/Science on neural networks or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 100M+ user deployments
- Expertise in federated learning, generative adversarial networks, and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and technological forecasting methodologies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act)
