Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature ML)
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
