Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 8+ years in frontier tech
- Published research in quantum neural networks or AGI alignment
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems from prototype to production
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Deep knowledge of 2026+ tech convergence trends (bio-AI, neuromorphic computing)
