- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patentable AI technologies for healthcare, climate, and space exploration
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Collaborate with policy advisors on AI governance frameworks and ethical standards
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE Nature and industry whitepapers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototype development and research partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in research or applied AI development
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural network architectures
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI frameworks
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or journals
