Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business operations
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of AI researchers and product strategists
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough AI products with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and predictive modeling
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in research funding or venture capital
- Strong background in AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and governance
