Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 AI vision roadmap aligned with emerging quantum computing and neuromorphic paradigms
- Anticipate and mitigate ethical implications of autonomous systems through proactive governance frameworks
- Architect hybrid AI-human collaboration models for enterprise-scale transformation
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and neurotech research institutions
- Lead thought leadership initiatives at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation AI researchers through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in research or applied AI development
- Proven track record in deploying production-grade AI systems at scale (GPT-4, LLMs, or similar)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning architectures and neuromorphic computing principles
- Published work in top-tier AI journals (Nature AI, NeurIPS, ICML) with 2026+ vision focus
- Experience with global tech policy development (OECD AI principles, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in human-AI interaction design and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
