Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 5+ years in applied research
- Published work on transformer architectures or neuro-symbolic systems
- Expertise in AI alignment, safety, and ethical governance frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF, DARPA) or venture funding
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
