Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in applied AI research
- Proven track record deploying production-level LLM systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum machine learning architectures and ethical AI governance
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience advising governments/enterprises on AI policy and future tech adoption
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging quantum programming languages
- Exceptional strategic communication with technical and non-technical audiences
