Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, AGI safety)
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio for pilot projects and tech incubation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen AI research initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic technology planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Expertise in quantum computing architecture and neural-symbolic AI
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with ethical AI development and bias mitigation
