Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategic roadmaps spanning 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing advanced AI systems (neural networks, quantum AI)
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their business impact through scenario modeling
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present AI strategy to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor next-generation AI talent through our Horizon Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, or Future Studies with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI initiatives at enterprise level ($100M+ impact)
- Expertise in generative AI, neural interfaces, and ethical AI frameworks
- Published thought leadership on AI's societal and economic implications
- Experience with quantum computing architectures and neuro-symbolic AI
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
