Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for AI breakthroughs impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with product teams to translate future concepts into MVPs
- Present trend analyses to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futurist methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on AI evolution trajectories
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with published work on emerging tech
- Expertise in neural-symbolic integration and explainable AI
- Proficiency in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's potential impact on AI
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
