Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and ethical governance frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to identify emerging AI paradigms and their market implications
- Design predictive models for AI adoption trajectories across healthcare, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government AI ethics boards
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's evolution toward AGI and its societal recalibration
- Architect 'Human-AI Symbiosis' protocols ensuring equitable technology distribution
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for next-gen autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years AI research experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature AI, Science Robotics, or equivalent tier journals
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning, neural-symbolic integration, and AGI safety protocols
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning) with policy implementation experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and global governance structures
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging C-level executives and international policymakers
