- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Author industry thought leadership on AI evolution trends
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record in scaling AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in generative AI, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
