Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 AI strategy integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with neuroscientists to design brain-computer interfaces for healthcare applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (nanotech, biocomputing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics and societal impact for industry publications
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Strong background in technology ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI and explainable AI (XAI) techniques
