Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI strategy roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI paradigms and competitive opportunities
- Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable business transformation initiatives
- Establish KPIs for AI adoption and measure impact on organizational KPIs
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry discourse on AI ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic consulting or C-suite advisory
- Published research in AI ethics or future technologies (IEEE, Nature preferred)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and generative AI
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives across Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
