Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic AI roadmaps aligning with quantum computing and neurotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment in regulated industries
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and global innovation partners
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI strategy or R&D leadership at top-tier tech firms
- Published research in AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record of scaling innovative concepts to commercial viability
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and speculative design tools
