Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional working groups to align technical capabilities with ethical guidelines
- Create audit trails for autonomous decision-making systems using blockchain verification
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at industry conferences and regulatory bodies
- Proactively identify potential societal impacts of AI deployments and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior staff in emerging AI ethics methodologies and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech development
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, and evolving global regulations
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for generative AI systems
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into actionable policy documents
- Experience with quantum computing security protocols preferred
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) required
- Published work on AI governance or related topics strongly preferred
