Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI frameworks for real-world applications in healthcare, logistics, and renewable energy
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ specialists in machine learning, robotics, and data science
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on achieving AGI milestones by 2026
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation grants from federal and private sources
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI ethics and responsible deployment protocols
- Present breakthrough findings at premier industry conferences and academic symposiums
- Mentor junior talent through our Quantum Academy professional development program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale (5M+ users)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) or equivalent impact
- Experience securing $5M+ in research funding or venture capital
- Strong leadership credentials managing distributed technical teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical AI principles
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native deployment (AWS/GCP)
