- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers through full development lifecycle
- Identify emerging AI trends and opportunities for innovation, aligning with 2026 technological roadmaps
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years of progressive AI/ML experience
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale (≥10M users or equivalent impact)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, generative AI, and MLOps frameworks
- Strong strategic planning skills with experience aligning AI initiatives with business objectives
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership abilities managing diverse technical teams in agile environments
- Published research or patents in AI/ML field preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed computing
