Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency, high-throughput performance in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for model improvement.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and ethical AI practices across all implementations.
- Maintain and update existing ML pipelines to ensure continuous improvement and stability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
