Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML models for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Develop quantum-inspired algorithms to solve complex optimization problems
- Create real-time data pipelines processing 10M+ events/day
- Collaborate with ethics teams to build responsible AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating AI with IoT and blockchain
- Research and implement next-gen NLP models for 2026 communication standards
- Mentor junior engineers through our AI Academy program
Qualifications
- Masters in CS/ML/AI or equivalent practical experience (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years building production ML systems with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Expertise in distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent impact
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks
- Experience deploying ML models at edge devices with <50ms latency
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant projects (autonomous systems, quantum ML)
