Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Develop novel neural architectures leveraging quantum computing principles
- Lead prototyping of generative AI models for industrial applications
- Optimize algorithms for edge deployment in IoT ecosystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production
- Pioneer research in explainable AI and ethical machine learning frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production ML systems with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Expertise in distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Strong foundation in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record deploying models at scale (10M+ requests/day)
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Fluency in cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure)
