Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead research on next-gen AI architectures (e.g., transformers, neuromorphic computing)
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and regulatory compliance
- Optimize models for edge deployment in IoT and autonomous vehicle ecosystems
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops on emerging AI paradigms
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into market-ready solutions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/ML with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale (10M+ daily inferences)
- Strong background in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems preferred
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives
