Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing neural networks for edge computing environments and large-scale cloud infrastructure.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation pipelines to ensure model robustness and safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Deep understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
