Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable ML frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Develop quantum-optimized algorithms for real-time predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping neuromorphic computing solutions
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory compliance
- Pioneer federated learning models for privacy-preserving distributed intelligence
- Optimize computational efficiency for edge deployment of large-scale models
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical capabilities into market-ready innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production ML systems with TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and quantum computing platforms
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth) and spiking neural networks
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
