Responsibilities

- Design federated learning systems across distributed quantum computing nodes
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead implementation of neuromorphic computing hardware integration
- Optimize transformer models for low-latency edge deployment
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Establish continuous ML monitoring and adaptive retraining protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years of ML systems experience
- Expertise in distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes, Spark)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with custom hardware acceleration
- Certification in AWS/GCP/Azure ML engineering and quantum computing
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of ethical AI bias mitigation techniques
