Responsibilities
- Architect AI product vision for 2026, focusing on cognitive augmentation and adaptive interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile development cycles, ensuring alignment with neuroscience principles
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging AI opportunities
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI product performance and user adoption
- Collaborate with ethics council to ensure responsible AI deployment frameworks
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints exploring quantum computing integration for next-gen AI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI product strategy or related tech leadership role
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks and neural network architectures
- Proven track record launching AI products with 1M+ users
- Deep understanding of cognitive science and human-AI interaction paradigms
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Published research in AI ethics or human-computer interaction preferred
- Strong Python/MLops background for technical credibility
