Core Responsibilities
- Design and architect hybrid AI/quantum computing systems capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms that leverage quantum superposition for optimization problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, hardware engineers, and security experts to integrate quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Define the technical roadmap for deploying quantum modules on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, fault tolerance, and security compliance across all distributed networks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML systems design.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of classical machine learning models (Neural Networks, Transformers) and their quantum analogs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of leading technical teams through complex problem-solving and product delivery.
