Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid AI-Quantum computing systems optimized for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Lead the research and integration of next-generation algorithms (e.g., Variational Quantum Eigensolvers) into production workflows.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for scalable quantum infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced quantum mechanics and AI ethics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance in high-load environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Machine Learning.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with 3+ years specifically in AI or Quantum technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Strong understanding of classical ML models and their limitations when running on quantum hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of innovation in high-tech environments.
