Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI Roadmap: Design and implement the long-term technical strategy for AI integration, aligning with the company's vision for the year 2026.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Build robust, scalable cloud-native architectures capable of handling high-throughput data processing for AI workloads.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
