- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Collaborate with ethics board to ensure responsible AI deployment frameworks
- Develop patentable innovations in unsupervised learning and multimodal AI systems
- Present breakthrough findings to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years research experience
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record leading multi-year, $1M+ research initiatives
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI frameworks
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) and industry partnerships
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit)
