Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in applied AI research and model development
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud ML platforms
- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or similar top-tier conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures and large-scale model optimization
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles
- Experience with MLOps and deployment of AI systems at scale
