Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum neural network architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives combining quantum computing, edge AI, and human-computer interaction
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for real-time autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on federally funded AI ethics and safety projects
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish findings in Nature/Science journals
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready solutions using AWS Quantum Services
- Architect AI systems with <10ms latency for critical infrastructure applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and hybrid quantum-classical models
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale (Kubernetes, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals with >100 citations
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with experience in high-performance computing environments
- Experience securing DARPA/NASA research grants or equivalent funding
